Douglas has been in the industry for well over 25 years. Part of this period starting from 1985 to 1998 has been with various Steam ship lines and Multinational freight Forwards both in India and the UAE.

In 1999 he started Globe Trekkers Shipping and Cargo and grew the Company from a “ small time freight forwarder” to one that is well known and respected not only in the UAE but Internationally as well.

Douglas says “ the growth of the Company can be attributed not only to all the hard work but also a team effort by the entire staff of GT who have shown great potential in building the Company”

Comes from a background in 3 PL His experience in previous multinational companies has meant that he is able to impart knowledge gained over the years to ensure that GT runs a successful operation that ensures excellent service to our Customers.

Partner and share holder of Globe Trekkers comes from a background in Operations and Finance.
Pradeep has worked in various Industries and has held many key posts before finally settling down in the Shipping and Freight Industry. He was instrumental during the formative years of GT and in 1999 and along with Douglas ensured that GT moved in the right path to achieving stability and direction.
Pradeep says "My passion,commitment and goals has made me proud of where the Company stands today"

Pradeep is keen footballer and a Cricket lover too.

General Manager:Anand Pillai

comes from a mixed background, first in the Garment industry running his own business in the same field. for over 20 years.
He has also worked in several major Organizations and has successfully established new factories and managed such organizations with great Commitment and vigour.

He joined GT in 2007 and has since shown true spirit in running the day to day operations very successfully.

Nazia Shaikh joine GT a year ago, she has been working with Various freight and Logistics Companies in India before she took up this new assignment.
Her positive attitude towards her Job has enabled her to gain experience in a short period of time and she looks forward to giving back to the Company what she has gained through various training Programmes

Transport Executive:Shaikh Nawaz

Nawaz has been with the Company since 2005 and comes from a Background in managing Truck and Trailer Transport.
He is a dedicated performer and ensures that all in house Transport services is managed with efficiency and good planning.
He is an avid cricket lover and a good sportsman

Riya joined GT in 2010 and works in the Sea Import department. She is an avid learner and ensures that the work gets done on time.

Joined GT in the year 2006 and has worked in various capacities. She has a degree in Commerce. She has shown great potential since taking up responsibilities to look after the entire Sea export department. Her loyalty to GT is next to none.

Rajeev has worked in many a large Organization before taking up the Finance Managers post in GT. He has been working with the company for over 6 years and has been vital in ensuring that the company has a stable and credible accounts department.
He leads from the front, followed ably by Sreejith his assistant and Jitesh as well who are both professionals in the field of finance.

Thomas is one of the oldest staff members of GT and is a true example of loyalty and dedication. He comes from a background in Freight Forwarding and has worked in many Organizations apart from a stint in Oman where he was employed as a sales manager in Coco-cola. He is fully involved in his Job and is a target achiever.

Manohar:Sales Team


Manohar comes from a background in sales – He gained forwarding experience after joining GT in 2003.
He continues to be a strong point in promoting sales and is also target oriented. He possesses good Organizational skills and is an avid learner.

Radhkrishnan:Sales Team

Radhkrishnan has a strong and experienced background in air freight sales and has worked with one of the leading airlines in Dubai.
He took up the post of “ sales executive” last year and has since developed many a business for the Company.
